[edit] Motorcycle Trailer.com

Just to be clear: I have absolutely no affiliation with Motorcycle Trailer.com. I wanted a reference for the claim that the term is used in both ways, and tt is simply the first site I found when I googled the term. If anyone can find a non-commercial reference, please supply it. -AndrewDressel 16:38, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] That was quick

Jeff, you're really on the ball. -AndrewDressel 16:56, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

Frightening, isn't it? Don't ask me for a cite on the La Crosse, WI, Gold Wing fatality. Can't provide it and am going from memory. It was about 8 years ago. Jeff dean 17:08, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
Let's put it here then. "For example, a Gold Wing rider and his passenger in Wisconsin died when a wheel on their trailer blew out, causing the motorcycle to crash. In spite of this, a significant minority of motorcyclists choose to tow trailers." I don't think it belongs in the article any more than mention of some fatality caused by a front tire blowout (which must have occured sometime somewhere) belongs in the Gold Wing article. -AndrewDressel 18:04, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Wikify tag

I've removed the Wikify tag added by STBot because, without any particular instances indentified, I believe it simply does not apply. The article contains appropriate wikilinks, references, sections, tone, etc. -AndrewDressel 14:30, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
