Motorcycle armor is within the scope of the Motorcycling WikiProject, which aims to improve Wikipedia's coverage of motorcycles and motorcycling. If you would like to participate, you can visit the project page, where you can join the project and see a list of open tasks.

I have added in the last part of this article (begins "Although Cambridge...") as I believe that this information will be helpful to many people. There are various so-called "back protectors" on the market - some of them would provide about as much protection as your average cereal box! That is what CE standards are there for. It must be remembered that even the best products on the market are only going to increase your safety margin a bit - nothing can save you in a really big accident.
