Motoka Murakami

Motoka Murakami (村上 もとか Murakami Motoka?, born 1951-06-03 in Setagaya, Tokyo) is a Japanese manga artist who writes primarily shōnen manga. He won the Kodansha Manga Award for shōnen for Gakuto Retsuden in 1982 and the Shogakukan Manga Award for shōnen for Musashi no Ken in 1984.[1][2] In 1998, he received an Excellence Prize at the Japan Media Arts Festival for Ron.
