Motley Rice LLC is an American law firm that is internationally recognized and has handled cases involving tobacco manufacturers, terrorism, aviation disasters, occupational disease and other plaintiffs issues. Attorneys include Ronald Motley.

The firm is headquartered in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina with offices around the country.
