Motilal Vora is a former chief minister of Madhya Pradesh and a former governor of Uttar Pradesh . He is a senior leader of Indian National Congress .

He was born in Nagaur district in Rajasthan in 1928. He was a cabinet minister in Government of India. He was a member of Rajya Sabha.
