Moti Nandi

Moti Nandi (Bengali: মতি নন্দী) is a Bengali writer based in Kolkata, India. He is noted for his depiction of sporting events and many of his protagonists are sportspersons. He was born in Kolkata on July 10, 1931. He is an alumnus of the University of Calcutta. One of his novels, Koni, was filmed with Soumitra Chatterjee in one of the lead roles.
