Mother Teresa High School is a Catholic secondary school in Nepean, Ontario, Canada. It supports grades 7-12. The name of its sports team is the 'Titans.' The motto of the school is "Amor et Dignitas" or "Serve ... With love and dignity."

Mother Teresa is three story school. It consists of two gymnasiums (one hardwood), a cafeteria, a three story skylit atrium, chapel, fitness room, drama room, specially equipped classrooms for students requiring special needs, an auto-shop, numerous second floor science labs, and plenty more. Beginning in the Fall of 2006 the school began on construction for a three story, thirty classroom extension. The construction was completed during the Summer of 2007 and was ready for the first day of the new school year.

Mother Teresa has many sports teams, including Alpine Skiing, Badminton, Baseball (does not have a team every year), Basketball, Cheerleading, Cross Country Running, Field Hockey, Golf, Handball, Hockey, Nordic Skiing, Rugby, Ski Club, Soccer, Softball, Swimming, Touch Football,Football, Track & Field, Varsity Girls Rugby, Varsity Girls Touch Football, Volleyball, Weight Room, and Wrestling. On June 4th 2007, The Tier 2 Girls Varisty Rugby won the NCSSA City Championships against Glebe

Approximately 1500. The population has been steadily increasing with the increasing population of the sub-urban Barrhaven community. As much as it is a Catholic school, Mother Teresa is proud to be home to students of many different religions, ethnicities, and cultures from around the world which make up a tremendous part of its school spirit and heart.

High school subjects include: Mathematics (functions, calculus, etc), English at all levels, French, Chemistry, Italian, Biology, Physics, Religion (mandatory for Catholic school diploma), Business Studies (accounting, management, marketing, etc), Technology, Computer Science, Media Arts including broadcasting and animation, Parenting, Hospitality, Automotive and construction technology, Politics, World Issues, Sociology, and a variety of personal development and learning courses.
