From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Moses Wheeler Bridge was named after an English immigrant that immigrated to the Stratford area in the 1600's, and operated a ferry in the same area as the bridge now stands. Moses Wheeler was the first European settler to live to be 100 years old in America.
