During the 2007 regular season, Brett Favre (starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers) surpassed John Elway to become the all-time winningest starting QB in NFL history.As he was approaching this record, a renewed interest in this statistic became evident as the official websites of the Green Bay Packers [1] and the Indianapolis Colts [2] continued to track it.
