"Most of All" was the fifth and the final single from Jody Watley's self-titled debut, Jody Watley. "Most of All" was the least successful of the five singles released from the album. It peaked at number sixty on the US pop chart, but did find better success on the Dance and R&B charts where it reached number eight and number eleven respectively. The single was produced by Patrick Leonard and was co-written by Gardener Cole, both of whom had been involved with Madonna's True Blue album.
The black & white video was directed by David Fincher.
