Mosodeng

Mosodeng is a very popular Tripuri food item made of chillies.
Moso mean Chilly and deng is to mix by pressing. Mosodeng is mainly prepared of raw chillies mixed with dried fish called Berama with some main vegetable or meat.
Uahan mosodeng, pork mosodeng is the most popular mososdeng item.
