The hotel is still under construction, and the volume of capital investments will eventually top USD $50-55 million. The hotel has 5 blocks of elevators connecting upper floors of the hotel with the underground parking places and retail enterprises. Plans are to include apartments, restaurants, winter gardens, terraces, technical and auxiliary rooms.
