Moscovian

The Moscovian Age is the second of four ages in the Pennsylvanian Epoch of the Carboniferous period. It lasted from approximately 311.7±1.1 to 306.5±1.0 million years ago. It was preceded by the Bashkirian age and followed by the Kasimovian. This age is named after the city of Moscow.
