why are there no references to George W. Bush or Rush Limbaugh here?

They're giving you the honor instead, it's just taking too long to write. ^_^

[edit] Clean up

I've removed a couple of entries and rearranged the page seeing as it has now been designated a disambiguation page. Specifically, I removed a couple of entries relating to foreign language terms spelled the same way. I also removed the line referring to its use as a perjorative because there is no article to link to and Wikipedia is not a dictionary. SilentC 00:07, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
