[edit] Series finale
In the discussion of the four-season story arc, the author discusses the three-parter where Mork, Mindy and Mearth were on the run from a villanous alien from another planet. For years, I too thought this was the series finale. But just now I checked the episode guide on TV.com (as well as the list on TV IV, the Wikipedia spinoff) and both list an additional episode: "The Mork Report," airing May 27, 1982. From the TV.com description, this sounds like a fairly standard episode--which wouldn't make sense, since the three-parter ended with Mork & Mindy spinningly endlessly through time and space.
Can someone clear up the confusion? Is this a typo on both pages? Or perhaps ABC delayed airing the episode for some reason and aired it out of sequence? -- TomakaLinus 17:55, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Requested move

The title of the show is Mork & Mindy, not Mork and Mindy.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.61.98.24 (talk • contribs) 17:27, 4 November 2006 ETC
- Correct - should be Mork & Mindy, not Mork and Mindy, judging from all the official merchandise I can find. I'll change it. Thanks.--A bit iffy 00:51, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
- Err... just tried to move it, but couldn't because Mork & Mindy exists as a redirect page. Furthermore, looking into the history of the pages, I see the article was "moved" from Mork and Mindy to Mork & Mindy, and then back again to Mork and Mindy! So perhaps this is controversial. Does anyone have any views on this? (If no one comments here in the next week or so, I'll put in a formal request for a move to Mork & Mindy.)--A bit iffy 01:07, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
- I agree on the rename. Val42 23:19, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
- I also agree. The logo as it appears on the DVD covers near the bottom of the article is identical to how the logo appeared on the actual show. This leads me to believe that the "official" version of the title uses "&" rather than "and". "Mork and Mindy" should be the redirect. - Ugliness Man 04:22, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for the feedback. As per the banner at the top of this page, I've made the formal request.--A bit iffy 07:53, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
- The only MOS-related line I could find about the ampersand was about its use in headers, and states, "In place of an ampersand (&) use the word and, unless the ampersand is part of a formal name." I couldn't find any comments related to the ampersand in the naming conventions, and this appears to be the official name of the show, so I support this move. Dekimasuよ! 04:12, 10 May 2007 (UTC)

This article has been renamed from Mork and Mindy to Mork & Mindy as the result of a move request. --Stemonitis 07:21, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] What?
This sentence needs some help.
"She was fairly successful in the later series My Sister Sam, but shortly after the show was cancelled when her young co-star Rebecca Schaeffer was gunned down by a stalker outside her home in Hollywood."
Either the word when needs removed or there's something missing.
[edit] Guest stars
Among the guest stars was Robbie the Robot from the movie Forbidden_Planet.
[edit] My Sister Sam
The show had already been canceled for a year before Rebecca's tragic murder. So I'm editing that statement. MrBlondNYC 17:57, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Revamping the whole article
After reading the whole, I realize it needs a lot of work. Some incorrect info, missing important info, grammar errors, etc. I'll handle it and do the best I can. Such a major show deserves a better article.MrBlondNYC 18:25, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Shazbot!
Where's all the Orkan vocabulary? Mfryc 00:23, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
- Here's some "vocab" from a Mork and Mindy fansite. Dont know if it should be added to the Wiki entry or not (helpful if the site indicated what episodes the words were first used). http://hemsidor.torget.se/users/s/swes/mork/glossary.htm Yanqui9 23:38, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Messing with your head...
With the mention of guest stars and whatnot, I'm surprised there's no mention of the episode in which Robin Williams had a cameo appearance as himself. - Ugliness Man 09:30, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Unreferenced
This article is clearly missing references. (I am personally saddened and disappointed.) I suggest using inline footnotes for citations. Dr. Submillimeter 23:42, 6 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Looking for help writing an article about the spin-offs and crossovers of this series
I am writing an article about all of the series which are in the same shared reality as this one through spin-offs and crossovers. I could use a little help expanding the article since it is currently extremely dense and a bit jumbled with some sentence structures being extremely repetitive. I would like to be able to put this article into article space soon. Any and all help in writing the article would be appreciated, even a comment or two on the talk page would help. Please give it a read through, also please do not comment here since I do not have all of the series on my watch list. - LA @ 17:11, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
