Only Bolshoi Sundyr and Morgaushi have more than 1.000 inhabitants. Tshurakkasy, Vombakasy, Shuposi, Shomikovo, Kadikasy, Molgatshkasy, Niskasy, Jaroslavka and Panklej have more than 500 inhabitants.

This list is quite outdated, not grouped by rural/urban settlements, and the names are not romanized in accordance to WP:RUS. If anyone needs a complete and current list, please let me know.
