Morton College is a community college located in the Cicero, Illinois. It has the distinction of being the second oldest community college in the state of Illinois. While the campus itself was constructed in 1975, Morton College itself was established in 1924. Currently, the college has an enrollment of approximately 5,000 students, about 25% of whom are full-time. Since the mid 2000's, the campus has undergone many renovations. Intercollegiate athletics for men include baseball, basketball, soccer, and cross country. Women's sports include volleyball, basketball, cross country, and softball.

Morton College Library provides collections, research and instructional assistance that supports the teaching, learning and information literacy of the College community. With over 50,000 books, computers, wireless laptops, meeting rooms, and a Cyber Café, the library has won several awards for its innovative design.
