Morten Strand

Morten Strand (born 23 September 1947) is a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party.
Strand was mayor of Asker municipality from 1995 to 2007. He served as a deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Akershus during the terms 2001–2005 and 2005–2009.
In his younger days he was a football goalkeeper for Stabæk and Strømsgodset.
