Morjampadu is a town in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh in India with a population of around 15,000. It is on the bank of Krishna River with green fields having cops like Chilies, Cotton, Rice, Pulses so on. Morjampadu is known for its educated people in the Palnadu region. There lots of people from decades have completed their education in Premier institutes.

Morjampadu originated from the obsolete village Akuraju Palli in the 15th century.

It is generally hot and humid during summer with temperatures ranging between 32-45 C. Winters are milder with temperatures between 15 and 23 C. Moderate rains expected between July and Nov during monsoon time.
