Moriyuki Kato

Moriyuki Kato (加戸 守行? born 1934) is the governor of Ehime Prefecture in Japan, first elected in 1999. A native of Yawatahama, Ehime and graduate of the University of Tokyo, he had worked at the Ministry of Education since 1957 before elected governor.
