MorissonPoe is an American Alternative-Rock band formed in South Florida, 2002 by Jean Morisson and D.S. Poe. They're now situated in Raleigh, North Carolina. They signed to Nile Rodgers' label, Sumthing Else Musicworks in 2006.

MorissonPoe started out in South Florida, quickly gaining success and notoriety. Through time, the band eventually moved to New York City.
Touring took up most of their time, and when it was time to record their new album, after signing with famed producer Nile Rodgers' label Sumthing Else Music Works, they decided to move to Raleigh, North Carolina to record their new album.
Their songs have been featured in Microsoft's Xbox 360 game, Perfect Dark Zero.
