Moris Tepper

Moris Tepper, sometimes credited as Jeff Moris Tepper, is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist.
Tepper first came to prominence in the early 1980s with singer Captain Beefheart, has also worked with singers Tom Waits, PJ Harvey, and Frank Black, and has recorded several solo albums.
