Moriguchi (守口市 Moriguchi-shi?) is a city located in Osaka Prefecture, Japan which serves as a satellite town to Osaka.
As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 148,998 and the density of 11,704.48 persons per km². The total area is 12.73 km².
The city was founded on November 1, 1946.
Moriguchi has the head offices of Sanyo and Matsushita whose mailing address remains in Kadoma, but the headquarters building is located in Moriguchi.
