Morgana Macawber

Morgana Macawber is a fictional character in the animated television series Darkwing Duck, and a former evil sorceress turned do-gooder (of sorts) who becomes Darkwing's love interest and a member of the Justice Ducks. Like any good or bad witch, she has familiars, including a spider named Archie, and two bats named Eek and Squeak. She has black hair and wears a red dress à la the Bride of Frankenstein. Her legs are never seen and she always seems to float. She has earned Darkwing's trust, as she is one of only four characters that he has intentionally revealed his secret identity to. Morgana first appeared as a villain (or semi-villain), trying to create a strange breed of mushroom pizzas that also happened to transform into a man-eating mushroom monsters. They were going to be sold on the market and outsell normal pizzas to earn them millions of dollars. Morgana worked with several monster cohorts on this scheme, however they were all turned into mushrooms at the end.
From time to time Morgana has returned to crime, trying to put all of St. Canard to sleep by working with a demon who put people to sleep with sand, and even being offered a part in a diamond stealing scheme on Valentine's Day by Negaduck. Morgana is not evil by nature and she seems more interested in gems and diamonds then hurting people, which is evident in her concern for Darkwing: she never wants him to be harmed in any way, even when she is the culprit behind the crime Darkwing is investigating. Darkwing is often creeped out by Morgana's strange family members or her weird taste in food, not to mention her misfiring of spells against him. But despite all this, Darkwing has genuinely tried to accept Morgana for who she is and wishes her family would accept Darkwing as well. Morgana became part of the Justice Ducks during the Just Us Justice Ducks 2-part episode.
Morgana occasionally has temper tantrums, becoming enraged with anger and magic, revealing her to be quite dangerous. All of her relatives are monsters, demons, or ghouls and have a personal disliking for her "taste in men". They live in a world filled with monsters and Halloween-styled settings. Morgana's father houses a particular disliking for Darkwing and finds himself arguing with him over dating his daughter every chance he gets. He even once turned Darkwing, Gosalyn, and Launchpad into monsters with his magic out of spite. The name McCawber is a play on the words "macabre" and "macaw" (even though she is clearly a duck.) Morgana is voiced by Kath Soucie.
