More or Less is a pricing game played on the American television game show The Price Is Right. Debuting on February 16, 2007, it is played for three prizes (generally worth between $500 and $4,000 each) and a car.

[edit] Gameplay

At the start of the game, the contestant is shown a wrong price for the first prize and is asked to guess whether its actual price is "more" (higher) or "less" (lower) than the one displayed. If correct, the contestant wins that prize to keep and moves on to the next one. This is repeated for each prize, including the car. A mistake ends the game and the contestant leaves with only the prizes already won; however, a mistake on the first prize means the contestant leaves with no prizes.

[edit] History

More or Less was the last pricing game to premiere during Bob Barker's tenure as host of the show. The game was created by Barker.[1]

Since the debut of the game, its fonts have been used in more games, mostly to adapt the show to high-definition broadcasts, which the primetime series adopted in Season 36.
