Moral evil is the suffering of someone else by other humans, for example the 9/11 attack or the Holocaust committed by Hitler making this moral evil.
Natural evil is not moral evil but can be classified as evil if someone or many people have died, for example volcanic eruptions or the tsunami taking lives but not acted by humans.
