This photograph is of a Series 2 Morris Oxford Van, not a Minor Van (as in the title). The two models were very similar, the Oxford being slightly larger. The tell tale signs are...

The more elaborate grille The rounded rear edge to the side window frame (Minors have a square edge)

Also there is a metal detail on top of the nose of the bonnet on a minor, but not the Oxford

Also the front wings look peculiar in that the headlamps are more faired in that on a Minor. I don't recall Oxford wings being like this so perhaps it was an export variation.
