Biltmore Commons is an example of one of the many condominium complexes in the South Green historic district. Like most buildings on Congress and Morris Streets, the building dates to circa 1875 and illustrates an adaptation of the Italiante style to multi-family residences that is popular in the Frog Hollow and South Green neighborhoods
