This image is a Magic: The Gathering set symbol, the logo of a Magic: The Gathering set. It is copyrighted by Wizards of the Coast and copied from http://www.wizards.com, their official website.
The use of this logo in the article for this symbol's set is believed to fall under fair use under United States copyright law because:
- There is no free equivalent for Magic set symbols.
- The image is to illustrate the card set, to inform, and to comment on the card set, and contribute significantly to the articles by showing how sets may be identified, and how the rarities of cards in each set are distinguished.
- The image is used to illustrate a set symbol that is a small portion of the card's total surface.
- The reproduction of the image here in no way infringes on the ability of the copyright holder (Wizards of the Coast), nor the retailers who deal directly with consumers, to sell the cards on which the logos appear.
