Why does this keep getting changed back to Sturgis? According to the Moped Army website, Moped Army wiki, and Moped Army co-founder Simonking, the Moped Army was founded in Kalamazoo, Michigan, while the three friends attended Western Michigan University, a school in Kalamazoo. The news article sited as being the "reliable source" is factually incorrect and widely known to be so in the Moped Army community. According to their own site, the Moped Army was founded in Sturgis: [1] (PDF version of newspaper article detailing origins). Any attempts to change this without citing reliable sources for the change will be treated as vandalism.--chris.lawson 22:04, 14 November 2006 (UTC) proven false

The article makes ref to two friends from sturgis but is clear that the core of the group started riding in and around Kalamazoo. I RV myself on this one. --I already forgot 14:43, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

I tried to change this a while ago and it was reverted, now I understand why. The article cited is factually incorrect. It was started by three friends, but orginated in Kalamazoo. Two of us (Dan Webber Kastner and I) had recently moved from Sturgis, MI. I don't have a published source to cite, but I'm one of the co-founders listed in the article. Please let me know how to proceed given that the citation is inaccurate. --Simonking 02:51, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
