Sorry i have no time to do it and contributing very few. Anyway, one thing is sure i have to mention, don't create the future articles without any exact date, is nevermind for the past, but for articles in the future, don't do that, is not wrong but to avoid any complicated situation, as i suffered, i have to give you little word. Once again thank you.

- One person has annoying by redirect all the future articles to main tournaments articles, by gave the reason WP:NOT, the tournaments is not in ready. I have deal so much time with it. So, if creating with exact date, the tournament is in ready and much problem can be avoid. You must know not everyone are willing to listen to you. Thank you. --Aleenf1 01:19, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

- Sorry, as i'm say, you can make it clear in the articles, example in the past IBF World Championships is noted as former name of BWF World Championships. Also, we cannot carry all the things except the notable things but cannot carry into articles. Sorry once again, if you mean the past winners, i'm running a test there and see the result: Article size reduce, no need for hardwork, and rowspan for players/pair winning consecutively actually save the time to repeat the name. So, i want to tell you about this changes and want you to voice opinion but out of time. So, now you can compare the two version and give some opinion to me. Thank you and cheers. --Aleenf1 04:01, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

OK, i'm add back already, apologize for that, hope you forgive me for this mistake. And i'm not sure what you mean "My voice about the new tables of the past winners is that I like more the new ones for the same reasons.", cannot you comment more details or at least i'm understand, thank you. --Aleenf1 16:46, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
- OK, i understand what you mean now. Testing can make to permanent, as you say it is improvement, so next time i can change to new format for others. But i think rowspan may be hard to you, rowspan can be voided, it just to simply the winner list (I dunno you can do rowspan and some of others can't). Keep up your nice work :). Cheers! --Aleenf1 07:07, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

- Just want to view your opinion, i like to create page 2007 BWF Grand Prix Gold and Grand Prix, similar to 2007 BWF Super Series, what you think? Indeed i just wonder you would or not cover this third level as well. --Aleenf1 13:38, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Proposed category rename for TAU Cerámica players
Since I noticed your name in the edit history for Category:TAU Cerámica basketball players (if only to add the Spanish language wikilink), I figured I'd best let you know that I've put up a CFR request to rename to Category:Saski Baskonia basketball players. I've posted my reasoning on its entry on "Categories for discussion". All feedback welcome! — Dale Arnett 15:33, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Players name
Hi, MontanNito. Sorry, once again i have something to inform or need your attention. In the badminton players name, you have confusion about the Asian players name, this is not your false, because Asia have many race. Below is the example of players name and the bold section is the part need your attention. This situation should appear in Tournamentsoftware.com.
- Chinese player: Chen Xiaoxu, Chen is surname (family name front), if you see surname wrote behind, reverse it. Chinese player name always come with two word only, and all should be appear it small letter except the first alphabet.
- Malaysian player: Lee Chong Wei, normal only, surname infront
- Taiwanese (Chinese Taipei) player: Chen Xiao-Xiao, must include dash in middle. Surname infront
- Korean player: Hwang Ji-man, Surname infront. Same with Taiwanese, but after the dash, it appear in small letter, not capital letter.
Do not confuse with Tamil and Malay name, it is same as western name, like Muhammad Hafiz Hashim, surname behind.
Very confusion right. If you have any question, please contact me again. Thank you. --Aleenf1 15:39, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Badminton at the 1992 Summer Olympics
I found up you have create the sub-pages for Badminton at the 1992 Summer Olympics. However, all your creation for sub-articles is no way to be different, just use template only. So all you need to do is move all text to sub-articles and delete the duplicated part in main article. No need to keeping the same thing in two separate articles. I know you make it simple from QF to final, but still the same things inside. Use your brain smart. Thank you and appreciating your works! --Aleenf1 05:58, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

User talk:Raymond Cruise 15:30, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
User talk:Raymond Cruise 21:45, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Badminton stats
Hi, I was impressed by your edits on badminton articles, I myself am a badminton fan and were recently interested to improve badminton players articles. I wonder where did you get the source for past tournaments, I would like to implement similar achievements table that you used in Candra Wijaya article for several badminton players, but I still having difficulty in finding good references. Thanks. Martin tamb 18:57, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

Sure, you can expand the width more, and check whether each parameter is useful. No problem for me. --Aleenf1 08:11, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry, i'm not arguing with you, but 21st century state that it begin 2001, so what the point? But is OK if 2000 add back. Cheers. --Aleenf1 17:02, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

- Somebody have voice the opinion to change the bar color in templates and he give several options in Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Badminton#Top bar of badminton templates. I hope you can give some attention there, of course voice something. Thanks. --Aleenf1 05:18, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] DoB
Hi! All can be found in the net. Hocking, Ong Ewe Hock, Søgaard. Thank you very much for your help! Correcting all the names is a long way. :) Doma-w 13:38, 22 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] GOODMINTON
Hi, I've seen you are making nearly all the Badminton entries here. I put in the last month some things onto the German Wikipedia, too (but with not so much graphics like you did). Some articles of you I've already translated into German [[1]]. Possible we could somehow coordinate the work in German and English - not to make it twice. My data are in MS Access tables, around 6000 championships (mostly only the winners, sometimes all medalists - and somehow the last 5 years I didn't add much to my database). Best, --Florentyna 20:23, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Korean names
Hi! Well, the only criterion I have used is, that 90% of all Olympic competitors from Korea were written in the style: Xxx Yyy-Zzz and so it is much easier to move the rest to the same style. (Up to now there are only a hand full in the Xxx Yyy-zzz style) But in general for me there is absolute no different between Xxx Yyy-Zzz and Xxx Yyy-zzz. I only would like to have them all in the same style. I do not prefer this: Park (Korean name) :) On one and the same page all possible varities are mixed up. Thank you and :) Doma-w 13:25, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] German & advantages
OK, i know you took so much advantage by copy and create article from German Wikipedia. However, did you realise the problem? First, name is wrapping (part in first line, and break into second line as the table width is limited. Second, short nationality name is not so appropriate, some reader might not understand, did we promise to use flag? Third, winners did not link (even empty link).
I'm not to blame all this, but I'm inform i can't cleanup all this myself, it is too much for me, and hope some collaboration from you and other too. Anyway, thanks for creating so much new articles, but it still need to cleanup. Thanks again. Cheers! --Aleenf1 17:40, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
- I think flag is more useful, anyway it depend any user who willing to cleanup, AND the players name is wrapping around, not quite good for reader, and could be cause confuse. The players should be link (if empty article also), because you can't track anytime if someone create that article. Anyway, i will do myself instead of depend so much on others, just see my schedule only. Cheers! --Aleenf1 05:13, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
-
- Sorry, i change my mind, not to cleanup, it is too messy for me, at least level 3 tournament only, sometime i think why other project collaborators can pay much initiative to standardize all the article and what is important, doesn't create simply copy and paste like that, so I'm impress so much by the work in other sports WikiProject, forgive me to say this, but i'm too disappointed to have a double standard article. And do not split article when main article is too low, i hope you doesn't surprise by my action --Aleenf1 11:48, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
-
-
- So far, that article just 3.2kb, so if that is 1970, it is still below the mark of 30kb in Wikipedia policy to split the article, save some Wikipedia server please, in case you are not donate, but each page will cost some hard disk space, you should know this if you use computer. --Aleenf1 11:57, 12 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sources
I have noticed that you are creating a lot of Badminton-bio stubs. That's great, but if you could provide your source the stubs would be even more useful. Clearly you have a source from which you are creating all of these articles, and if you could link to it at creation that would save a lot of work for the good folks at WP:FACT. [edit] European Team Championships
I realise i have screw a little bit for 2008 European Badminton Championships since your creation for that article is just for individual tournament as per date of tournament is far different.
As i know, European Championships also got "team event" but is that in same venue? same date? (or continue to individual tournament after team event) as individual events. Anyway, please don't hesitate to make some correction if I'm make mistake on that, sometime i will make mistake too.
If both tournament is unrelated, base on date, place, and should be split, please takeoff my links editing. Thank you. --Aleenf1 11:51, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
If we doesn't cover too much, it can clump in one article, but if want to wide cover like 2007 Sudirman Cup, it should separated, but in my mind already have one question, how to do with main article, as i know, there is only have individual, but did not have team summary, in BE site, Men and Women as one tournament, Mixed Team as one tournament, in this criteria, we should create one team page or two team page?. --Aleenf1 13:37, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
OK, but a short article also can be create for team tournament to let people know little bit much. Just like what it covered in 2007 Europe Cup (FINAL section). Anyway, all to you whether it should be --Aleenf1 14:00, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
Nice job, but one is missing, location, that is important. AND THANKS! I will follow up in the daylight soon. --Aleenf1 17:11, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] 1967 Thomas Cup
Greetings MontanNito! Concerning the 1967 Thomas Cup matches, I believe the inter-zone and Challenge Round matches were played in Jakarta, not Singapore. This helps to explain why the Challenge Round was suspended in the middle of the eighth individual match - the partisan Indonesian spectators were making life difficult for the Malaysian players (Ng Boon Bee and Tan Yee Khan). The 1967 matches were interesting for other reasons as well; the old met the new. Rudy Hartono, not yet 18, burst onto the scene. It was the last Thomas Cup for his teammate Ferry Sonneville who was more than twice Hartono's age. It was the last time Erland Kops played in the interzone matches and the last interzone appearance for other veterans such as Malaysia's Teh Kew San and the USA's Jim Poole. Badmintonhist (talk) 17:50, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
Hello again. I might(??) be able to get the results of some or most of the other interzone matches that were played in '67. If you can find some old-timer who has the IBF Handbook for 1968 you would find all the results there. I do have the individual match results of the Challenge Round for '67. They are in The Guinness Book of Badminton by the late Pat Davis published in 1983 (page 124).
Malaysian names first: Tan Aik Huang lost to Rudy Hartono 6-15, 8-15 " " " beat Ferry Sonneville 15-2, 15-4 Yew Cheng Hoe lost to Rudy Hartono 5-15, 9-15 " " " beat Ferry Sonneville 15-9, 15-7 Teh Kew San lost to Muljadi 15-18, 4-15 Tan Yee Khan and Ng Boon Bee beat A P Unang and Darmawan Supatera 15-6, 15-7 " " " " " " beat Muljadi and A Susanto 15-2, 13-18,(play suspended and match eventually conceded) Tan Aik Huang and Teh Kew San beat Muljadi and A Susanto 16-17, 15-6, 15-12 Ninth match eventually conceded to Malaysia. [edit] Super Series
It seems I'm not able to cover for lot more for Super Series tournament, i can only cover for few, so do you have solutions. Despite badminton is not so popular in Wikipedia.
I can't cover for day to day anymore, i feel very tired especially for European circuit (I'm in midnight). You can see I'm not creating any new Super Series tournament. If you have special solutions, is more better. My only solutions can offer is cover final only and then write "Road to Final" for final two players/pairs.
I hope you still warm to badminton. Thank you for all your contributions. --Aleenf1 08:49, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Propose name change
Hi, MontanNito, i'm appreciate that you create THOMASCUPBOX, however, i'm propose for a name change to BADMINTONBOX, because that template can simply use in any team tournament in badminton, not just for Thomas Cup.
If you agree, please leave a talk to me, i will do a cleanup.
Thank you for consideration. --Aleenf1 05:56, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
