The website which you've linked to identify the uploaded photo dates it from the 1940s, not the 1919 "Shepherd of the Hills" film as you described. Therefore it raises questions in my mind whether it is public domain. I will be tagging it for review so please weigh in if you can clarify.Professor marginalia 04:45, 8 May 2007 (UTC)
