Moni The 1 and Only - (monee the one and only)

Born as H. Monica Hernandez on April 24, 1979. At age 14 she became pregnant and gave birth to her first daughter Vanessa G. Beltran. Becoming a teenage mom did not stop her from graduating High School. At age 20 she became a mom for the second time to Francis J. Beltran.

In 2000 she was in the right place at the right time, Salinas California! Thats when her radio career started as Moni the 1 and Only. Started on air on late nights then went to weekends real early in the morning. From there she was promoted to Mid-days, then went to nights while she voiced and tracked mid-days. Then she became Assistant Program Director and went to afternoons! That was her first station. KBEV 97.9 En Fuego Blazing Hip Hop Y Mas, then to KWLD Wild 102.9 Nevadas Party Station in Reno, Nevada. In 2005 she became a widow to Fransisco J. Beltran and then moved to Bakersfield where she found herself working with The Campesina Network / UFW on KBDS Play 103.9 Blazing Hip Hop and R&b. Univision came along with an offer she could not refuse! KLLE 107.9 La Kalle Reggaeton Y Mas in Fresno, California is the first time she ever did a morning show!

In 2008 she relocated to the L.A area and landed a job with Clear Channel Online Radio and Music.
