[edit] Marathon

The marathon should not be mentioned under geography. It needs to be in another section or just removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Notreallyhere (talkcontribs) 15:05, 25 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Reverts

Someone keeps reverting changes to the Montclair page for no apparent reason. Let the people who lived there and know about the community have their voice, or at least explain your decisions to interfere with freedom of speech

  • Please don't act like a smartass, you know why I reverted. This is not a place to give a community a voice, it is an encyclopedia. I'm well aware that lake montclair is brown, but this is irrelevant. I'm well aware that many Montclair residents do not like to associate with Dumfries, but the way that it was written was not from a natural point of view. All reverts were for irrelevant information, non natural point of view writing or vandalism.--RA64 05:51, 16 March 2006 (UTC)

38.136.6.222 01:59, 17 March 2006 (UTC)Without color, the Kremlin overlooks "some square", and without disdain for our neighbors, the Romans got along famously with the Visigoths. As we Montclarions like to say: Sic Semper Tyrannis

anyone want to let me in on where all these edits are comming from?--RA64 04:10, 17 March 2006 (UTC)

I think it's funny how the guy who keeps reverting the page CAN'T EVEN SPELL! It's one "M" in "Coming" jackass

Who took down the trivia and education sections? Does no one care about the schools? Damn Democrats

I'm confused... are the waters of the creek turbid or not? I was planning to visit Montclair, but am in the dark about a large range of vital information. I wish there was some sort of online encyclopedia edited by people knowledgeable in the subject area in question...

The waters are most definitely turbid, anyone who says otherwise is trying to sell you something

4.42.247.35 00:17, 28 March 2006 (UTC)Come join us children! We're on a wonderful campaign to rid Wikipedia of adjectives. First Montclair, tomorrow--the world!

Longbowe 00:20, 29 March 2006 (UTC) It was never argued that the waters of Powell's Creek are not turbid. Adding the adjective "turbid" goes against the high standards that Wikipedia is trying to keep with the NPOV policy. I would also appreciate it if you did some very easy IP Tracking in order to find out that some of us editing this article really are knowledgeable about the subject area in question. Apology accepted, now go play elsewhere.

Apology accepted? I didn't see an apology. Maybe you should go to the page titled "jerk" and help explain that one to the world. You might also want to try "computer nerd" or "Free Speech Police"

Longbowe 23:07, 15 April 2006 (UTC) Sorry to dissappoint but "Computer Nerd" and "Free Speech Police" don't exist, and I didn't need a physics lesson. Thank you for your concerns though.
