I added the expert template to hopefully get some more people to help us... no offence or anything, but we need loads more people to help us. SuperDT 06:43, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

Should we put the features list closer to the top? -SuperDT 07:39, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

If you want, you can change the order from Equipment-Features to Features-Equipment. I dont mind, i think its fine there. -PitchBlack

[edit] SuperDTs Edit

Hey, just telling you a few things about your edit... First of all, the Eco's you changed to Cutscenes are called Ecology's in the actual game, that's why I changed it. Second, leveling up armours. You don't need materials, just money. You only need materials to upgrade your armour, not level it up. -Tancuras

Alright thanks for correcting those. Next, we should add the game info box(you know, the box on the side of the page that tells the game's developers, publishers, release dates, systems, box art, etc.) SuperDT 20:23, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

I'm not sure how to post pictures in articles...I have a picture of the cover, if you wanna do it.Tancuras

Yeah I'll be happy to post it. SuperDT 06:31, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

Jesus, you called it Katamari Damacy! And you got the Felyne and Melynx mixed up, unless I'm going crazy or something. -Tancuras

Lol oops ^_^; I stole that box from the Katamari Damacy page, and I guess I forgot to take that part out... my bad... and yeah, the Felyne and Melynx were mixed up.SuperDT 16:56, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Monsters taken out?

I'm just curious if they took out the Cephalos and Cephadrome from MH? -SuperDT 07:38, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

I'm pretty sure they didn't. According to a Japanese player, all the monsters are there from the original game. Also, if you look at the armor link, it'll show a picture of every armour you can get. I saw Cephalos in there, so yeah, they're in MH2. -Tancuras

I can confirm that they're in... It took me forever to save up engouh Sonic bombs to take out that dumb Cephadrome. -Irovax

[edit] Time for some edits

Now that this article is slowly getting better and better, it's time to take out some stuff. First, the video links. It should be ok to have one or two important ones, like a trailer and the game's intro, but the rest need to go. I'll add more to this list as I read the article. That is all. SuperDT 20:07, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

What happened to all the monster profiles? they dissapeared!

[edit] Huh!

What happened to all the monster profiles? They disapeared!

They were too much of a help guide, that's why. SuperDT 03:17, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

whats the problem with helping people? I gonna repost as much as i know.

Please sign your name with four ~'s next time. It sounds like you're new to Wikipedia, so please take a moment to read WP:NOT. Have you read it? Good. Wikipedia is not a help guide, and so guides, tips, hints, cheats, etc. are not Wikipedia material. Also, there's nothing wrong with helping people =)SuperDT 03:11, 6 November 2006 (UTC)

you should put the monster list back, it isnt helping it's more of a refrence....oh and by the way they ARE releasing MH2 in america...there releasing it in arizona shortly,in like a few months. ~~Dark Reaper6789~~

I have already done it. someone else should now. I cant do very much. ~~Ameratsu~~

I added the monster profiles back so please don't delete them! ~~Ameratsu~~

... Lol Not four ~'s like ~~SuperDT~~, but add this to the end of your post: "~~~~" It will look like this: SuperDT 04:32, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
Anyways, I think we can do one of two things.
First, we can do like the Monster Hunter article, and just give a short summary on what kinds of monsters are in Monster Hunter 2. This is the easiest and least policy-violating way to go, but in return it will not serve the article justice.
Second, it should be ok to make a list of new monsters, and give a small description, but anything such as weaknesses, or details of their attacks, should be left out. Also, Monsters from the first Monster Hunter should not be on this list.
"oh and by the way they ARE releasing MH2 in america...there releasing it in arizona shortly,in like a few months. ~~Dark Reaper6789~~" Got a source? If not, it doesn't belong in the article. SuperDT 04:32, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
MH2 won't be released in the US, at least not on the PS2. The PS2 is a dead console as far as Sony is concerned. Of course, it doesn't help that Capcom US is filled with simpering fools. If there was ever going to be a MH2 release, it would have been completed by now - the translation is minor at best, given that MH2 is, at the core, an expansion of MH/MHG. 75%+ of the translation would have carried over. Capcom hasn't given any reasons for not bringing anything but the two Freedom titles over since MH, which is unusual given that the lackluster Capcom-unity site has a number of blog posts touting the popularity of MH in Japan. I suppose the fact that the US Capcom site contains a mere fraction of a percent of the content of the Capcom Japan site is a good clue as to the level of competency and care that they're gifted with here. 68.166.19.238 (talk) 01:20, 26 December 2007 (UTC)

alright, i got up Monster Profiles for only the new monsters in monster hunter 2 so please don't delete them!~~Ameratsu~~

Thank you. I'll go in and fix them up, but I won't delete them, so don't worry ^^SuperDT 20:28, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
Okay, I fixed up the profiles. I barely deleted anything, just fixed some wordings and such. Now then, some issues. 1) Kushara. I heard from some places that it's called Kushara, but fans named it Kusha? 2) What about that one new Bullfango that they added? I believe it was called the Minotaur or something?
That's all, and good job ^^SuperDT 20:42, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

yes, i just added the Minotaur and new Bulfango. AmeratsuAmeratsu 21:35, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

i also added the new jellyfish yamatsukami Ameratsu 16:51, 18 November 2006 (UTC)

Okay, someone completely destroyed the article Ameratsu 01:19, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

Like I mentioned above, many people consider the list of monsters to be a game guide, or an overextensive list, both of which Wikipedia is not. However, I don't really agree on the part that the Overseas Release section was speculation and such...
The best way to solve this is what happened in the Monster Hunter article, and give a brief summary of the monsters.
As for the priority rating: Ouch. That really bites. SuperDT 09:01, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

Wow, DT. Did you have to get so anal about everything? Tancuras

What do you mean?SuperDT 06:13, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

Taking the rules so seriously, like that? This article was running fine as it was before. It had no signs of being erased, and we weren't warned concerning the WP:NOT policy. Tancuras

[edit] MH3 for the Wii
