There's enough hits on google to establish it's not a hoax --NeilN 03:47, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

  • Well, I'll be damned, it isn't a hoax. Silly, but still real. eaolson 03:50, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
However, it was previously deleted via WP:AFD. If you wish it to come back, use the process at WP:DRV. - UtherSRG (talk) 04:37, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

Why was this deleted? SamanthaMM 04:42, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

Like I said, it was previously deleted via WP:AFD. It was inappropriate for it to be created on the fly, so I deleted it again. If you wish for it to be undeleted, just to WP:DRV and follow the procedure there. - UtherSRG (talk) 12:41, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

OK, you sid, "it was previously deleted," then I ask why it was deleted, and you say "because it was previously deleted." That really doesn't answer the question of why was this deleted in the first place? And I am following "the procedure" at WP:DRV, which begins "Consider talking to the admin who deleted the article (or otherwise made the decision) first." And I found Wikipedia:Deletion_policy#Reasons_for_deletion, none of which apply. This is not a hoax, and I added a reliable source. So, again, why is this deleted? And don't just repeat "it's deleted because it's deleted." There's got to be a better reason than that. SamanthaMM 19:24, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

I found Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Monkey Day. Following WP:DRV and providing good references should be enough. --NeilN 21:13, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
