Talk:Monica of Hippo

[edit] More info
When I studied St. Monica for my confirmation, my grandmother gave me a card with a summary of her life. It said that after the death of her husband, she persued St. Agustine on his travels to try to convert him and when he finally got baptised she died there and then, of happiness. It also said that her poor treatment by her husband drove her to alcoholism, which she eventually recovered from, and is a patron saint of alcoholics. Can anyone find any confirmation of this anywhere to add to the article? Spugmeister 13:09, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
