It would be nice to know more about how this was outed as a fabrication and the ramifications (if any) there were for the FN. - NinedenLtD 18:22, 12 January 2005 (UTC)

I doubt that it was ever "outed", since it contains such obvious clues of being a "joke" (anti-Algerian hyperbole, obvious puns and other jokes) that it seems extremely unlikely there was any intention of pretending to be a genuine letter. Rather it seems to be meant as a humorous presentation format for their political arguments. (Humorous to their sympathisers, that is.) -- Securiger 11:15, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
