Monty Beisel (pronounced /BI-zol/) (born August 20, 1978 in Newton, Kansas) is an American football linebacker for the Arizona Cardinals. He previously played for the New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs. He was released by the New England Patriots on September 2, 2006 New England Patriots season. He attended high school in Douglass, Kansas for two years and still has track records there.

Beisel attended college at Kansas State University as a Social Sciences/Mass Communications major. Beisel also played in 44 games accumulating 192 tackles (110 solo), 22.0 sacks, 45.0 stops for loss and 18 passes defended. He was a two-time first-team Academic All-Big 12 selection. He also received All-Big 12 Conference honorable mention and was a second-team Academic All-Big 12 pick.
