[edit] Brown Line Capacity Expansion Project

The Brown Line Capacity Expansion Project aims to allow 8 car trains on the Brown Line by the extension of the platforms at all stations. At the same time all Brown Line stations are being upgraded to meet ADA requirements. Montrose Station was closed between 2 December 2006 and 26 November 2007 to be rebuilt as part of this project. On November 26th, 2007, the Montrose Brown Line station re-opened for service. [3]
