Montour High School is a public high school in Robinson Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in the United States. It is the only high school for the Montour School District, which serves Kennedy and Robinson Townships, and the boroughs of Ingram, Pennsbury Village, and Thornburg, which are all suburbs of Pittsburgh.

The high school was established in 1957 and serves students in grades 9 through 12. It is located at 223 Clever Road in Robinson Township (although its mailing address makes it seem as if it is in McKees Rocks). Montour High School is divided into two separate buildings connected by underground tunnels and is often referred to as the Hilltop.

[edit] Remodeling

In 2006, Montour School District officials announced a plan to remodel the existing crumbling high school campus. Many improvements including an addition connecting the two buildings are planned. Construction officially began in January of 2008. Currently, parts of the building including one of the tunnels, half of the 11-12 building, and the auditorium in the 9/10 building are sealed off from student access because of the planned construction.[1]
