Montiglio Monferrato is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Asti in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 30 km east of Turin and about 20 km northwest of Asti. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,693 and an area of 27.0 km².[1]

Montiglio Monferrato borders the following municipalities: Cocconato, Cunico, Murisengo, Piovà Massaia, Robella, Montechiaro d'Asti, Tonco, Villa San Secondo, and Villadeati.
