Monticelli d'Ongina is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Piacenza in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 130 km northwest of Bologna and about 20 km east of Piacenza. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,316 and an area of 46.4 km².[1]
The municipality of Monticelli d'Ongina contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) San Nazzaro, Borgonovo, San Pietro in Corte, Olza, Isola Serafini and Fogarole.
