Montgomery Tully

Montgomery Tully (19041988) was an Irish film director and writer. Born in Dublin, Tully worked on low-budget British films, mostly crime dramas. His most critically lauded thriller was The Third Alibi released in 1961 — an earlier effort, No Road Back, featured a young Sean Connery in a very early role. His last film The Terrornauts was made in 1967; he also worked in TV.
