It was formerly the Emma Dolfinger School, a public elementary school. It is currently owned and used by Portland Christian School as an elementary school, but Portland Christian has announced it is selling the building after the 2007-2008 school year. It will then consolidate the elementary school into its Portland Ave. campus one block to the south.
