Montgomery College (Texas)

Montgomery College is a Texas community college located in unincorporated Montgomery County, Texas, United States, between the City of Conroe and the community of The Woodlands.

The school was founded in 1992 and is part of the North Harris Montgomery Community College District, serving the Montgomery County area.

The school enrolled just over 9,200 credit students in the fall, 2007, semester and is the only NHMCCD college to offer biotechnology and physical therapist assistant degrees.

The campus supports many extracurricular clubs, such as Club 429: The Queer-Straight Alliance, Anime Club, Psychology Club, and several foreign language organizations. The campus also publishes two student publications: The MC Voice and Swirl Literary Arts Magazine.

The current campus was dedicated August 14, 1995, by then-Governor George W. Bush.
