Monteveglio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bologna in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 20 km west of Bologna. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,797 and an area of 32.6 km².[1]
Monteveglio borders the following municipalities: Bazzano, Castello di Serravalle, Crespellano, Monte San Pietro, Savignano sul Panaro.
