Montell Ernest Owens (born May 4, 1984 in Wilmington, Delaware) is an American football fullback for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2006. He played college football at Maine.

Montell Owens attended Concord High School (Wilmington, Delaware) and was a good student and a letterman in football, baseball, and track. As a student, he was a member of the National Honor Society. In football, Owens rushed for 1,100 yards and 20 touchdowns. Montell Owens graduated from Concord High School in 2002.
