Monte Romano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Viterbo in the Italian region Latium, located about 60 km northwest of Rome and about 25 km southwest of Viterbo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,938 and an area of 86.2 km².[1]
The municipality of Monte Romano contains the frazione (subdivision) Roccarespampani.
