Monte Córdova is a town in Portugal, located 4 km east of the city of Santo Tirso in the top of Monte Cordoba. It has a population of 3669 (2001 census) and area 16.98 km². It is the biggest parish in area; it is a rural parish with some stone-transforming industries. The Nossa Senhora de Assunção Church is at altitude 600 m.
Next 20th of April, a new space will be opened. It's called CENTRO INTERPRETATIVO DO CASTRO DO MONTE DO PADRÃO. It'll be important to receive the visitors of the archeological site and we hope that will help them to understand the monument. It was classified, in 1910, as NATIONAL MONUMENT.
